Domestic Delivery Times and Rates
We strive to provide you with only the highest quality products and level of service. We therefore only make use of selected and trusted couriers to deliver your goods safely to your doorstep.
All online orders are typically processed and dispatched to our couriers within 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) once your order has been successfully placed and if the items are currently in stock.
Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within South Africa. However, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org should you wish to arrange shipping to a country outside of South Africa and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Returns, Damages and Refunds
Your overall customer experience is incredibly important to us. Therefore, we kindly ask that you please inspect your goods immediately upon the receipt of your delivery and if your goods are damaged or faulty, please contact us. Should there be any discrepancies, please send us an email to email@example.com within 7 days of receipt so that we can attempt to rectify it as quickly as possible.
If you are not satisfied with your product for whatever reason and you wish to return or exchange your item/s, please inform us via email within 7 days upon receiving your product/s and include your order reference number, contact details and reason for the return or exchange.
Please also inform us regarding whether you would like to receive a refund or replacement. All return shipping/courier costs will be for your account unless the item was damaged or faulty.
Please note that we will only be able to accept items returned in their original packaging and condition. Upon our inspection of the returned item, a refund or exchange will be processed. However, should the order have been placed by someone else, we will only be able to refund the individual who placed the original order with us.
Should we not receive any feedback from you within 7 days from the time of delivery, the goods will be deemed to have been accepted and in good working condition.
In the case of product exchanges, you as the customer will remain responsible for the safety of the items until they have been successfully returned to us. You will also be responsible for the relevant return courier fees except in the cases of faulty or damaged product. We therefore suggest making use of a courier service that offers insurance for the value of the package as well as measuring your dog’s neck size to ensure that you are ordering the correct item.
